[MlMt] Messages sent in duplicate

This is a known matter. Only one message is actually sent but due to way 
office 365 implements IMAP, two messages show up in MM. The second one 
has extra header entry. This was discussed in more detail on this list 
in the past. Most people just ignore the double entry.
