[MlMt] Messages sent in duplicate

I keep meaning to report that. As far as I can tell MailMate is putting a copy in the outbox, but so is Exchange. It’s possible to tell the copies apart from the headers, but I’m on my iPad right now, so I can’t look at the raw messages.
