[MlMt] Keybinding to follow hyperlinks?

Hi,

I almost configured MailMate so that I can jump around via the keyboard 
to every important location.
There is one thing that I am still missing: Following links in messages 
via a keybinding.

This probably goes beyond navigation. However, I was just wondering if 
someone thought about this already?
Would be a great feature to have. I am used to follow links via "F" in 
my browser using vim keybindings.
