[MlMt] Cannot drag and drop one message into another to attach it

If I try to drag the one-line message info into another message I'm 
composing (to add it as an attachment), it doesn't work.  With r5686 it 
silently failed.  With r5687, I get an alert sound like I'm doing 
something wrong.
