[MlMt] Moving complete folder tree from one IMAP server to another

I haven't used Google's tools (and, speaking personally, Google is not 
the most standards-compliant organization, so I'd probably use them 
mostly for moving mail to or from Google rather than between non-Google 
systems), but I have used Dovecot's dsync tool to move between different 
IMAP servers.  See https://wiki2.dovecot.org/Migration/Dsync
