Yes, it's generally not advisable to send e-mails of more than around 10 
MB. But it's also worth noting that many of the cloud providers may 
inspect whatever you're storing (DMCA is a snooper's charter) so if it's 
any kind of sensitive information you should encrypt it first. Firefox's 
send service is good for this kind of thing as it encrypts files in the 
browser.
