[MlMt] DRAFTS issues with MailMate and Protonmail

According to the resolution of issue 2476 of December
30th 2019 [1], MailMate should work with Protonmail by
doing the following:

1. Select Drafts mailbox within each account (under Sources).
2. "Mailbox > Take Offline"

Benny says that this would essentially be the same as if
MailMate supported some kind of local drafts setting.

However, when I do the following:
1. Click on an address under "Sources".
2. Click on the "Drafts" mailbox.
3. Click on "Mailbox"...

...The option "Take Offline" is greyed out.

Am I doing something wrong?
