[MlMt] Can Mailmate work with Office 365 IMAP?

Hey Benny,

Is there anyway to use Mailmate with Office 365/IMAP?  It doesn't seem to accept my password, and I suspect there's some magic auth involved ( possibly like Gmails OATH auth ).
