[MlMt] New Yahoo! Mail restrictions for 3rd party e-mail client access as of Oct. 20th 2020

I tried with the application password. IMAP Mail Fetch works with 
occasional time out messages (3-4 in a day) but sending emails via SMTP 
doesn’t work at all . I used their recommended settings at 
https://help.yahoo.com/kb/new-mail-for-desktop/enter-imap-settings-sln4075.html
