[MlMt] Smart Mailboxes - different number of mails

I have two smart mailboxes.

An "Emails from today" shows me the correct number of mails! The 
condition is "Date is within last 1 days" and shows me 12 mails today, 
Monday.

The other "Emails this week" shows me with the condition "Date is within 
last 1 weeks" only 4 mails!

How can it be today, on Monday? Actually the number of mails should be 
the same, right?

Where are the other 8 mails?
