[MlMt] Duplicate emails in sent folders for Outlook.com account

Emails sent via the outlook.com account on Mailmate save duplicate 
emails in the sent folder , i.e. two copies of the emails in the sent 
folder are seen post the email is sent,  although the email received at 
the recipient is just once.

To check if it’s an issue with the Outlook.com email sever ,I tested 
it via the Apple Mail.app client and it doesn’t do this , so it seems 
to be a Mailmate client issue.
