[MlMt] MM trying to run gpg2 to sign my mail though I only use S/MIME certs

I believe I can reproduce this issue. Somehow the default becomes 
OpenPGP when using “Edit as New Message” even if OpenPGP is not 
enabled in the Security preferences pane. This does not happen for new 
messages. I'll look into it.
