[MlMt] 'Send' via keyboard?

Open Finder, click at the File menu so it expands and stays. Press the 
option key and you will see some changes. Press control key and you will 
see other changes. While the option key has a definite preference, Apple 
has been using control key in several of recent OSX versions and some 
app developers have been using them even earlier, when they ran out of 
option-key combination or wanted more logical variations. MailMate 
provides so many keyboard shortcuts that staying only with command and 
option keys cannot cut it.
