[MlMt] Broken conversations if first message is missing

Fyi this is why I created the layout now called Threaded and included in mailmate. 

It doesn't "fix" the grouping in the message list but at least have a separate view that shows all the related messages to the currently selected message. 

Giving you at least easy access to the full thread no matter how you got to the message.
