[MlMt] Position in mailbox table of contents after restart

By the way, the same issue happens when doing a search and then closing 
the search.  For example, in a mailbox, clicking the From creates a 
search of messages with that From. When you click "-" to close the 
search, it loses which was the selected message and one has to scroll 
down to the bottom.
