This is correct. It is probably going to ben an optional expert-feature 
some day, but as it is now MailMate does not allow embedding HTML in the 
plain text part of an email. Partly because non-expert Markdown users 
would often accidentally use `<>`, partly because some email clients 
only display the plain text body part. In other words, the default 
behavior is not going to change.
