[MlMt] Dark mode on Mojave

Hi Mojave (macOS 10.14) users,

I've spent a couple of days on fixing various issues on Mojave 
especially with regard to the new dark mode system setting. It's not 
quite ready yet, but I might need a few people to try it out within a 
few days. Write me off list if you are already using Mojave (preferably 
in dark mode) and would like to use MailMate as well.
