[MlMt] format mail pop clip extension useful mailmate

Hi,

I was bored today and got annoyed I couldn't get mailmate (and other apps)
to do a decent formatting of my mail so I made this pop clip extension:

Thought others in here might like it.

p.s. yes, I could have made this a mailmate bundle too but then I couldn't use
it in other apps :)
