[MlMt] Loading external images in Deleted Messages

I'm fairly aggressive with the delete button so many times I go back to 
an old message already in the Trash. Having to move messages 
back-and-forth is not ideal; nevertheless, I understand the reason for 
this in MailMate. I thought I was just missing a setting.
