[MlMt] Request for "Preview at Right" mode

I would love this. Not sure why developers (not picking on Benny here) 
don’t ensure main/editor windows stay the same size. I find myself 
resizing windows all too often in apps. Omnifocus, iA Writer, Ulysses, 
etc.
