[MlMt] Weird behavior creating and seeing mailboxes

There is no future work, so at some point I will switch to Dovecot, but 
for now it works well, and supports nice filtering options for spam.

I tunnel all connections over SSH.  I also have stunnel set up, which I 
use for iOS connections.

I meant to add that I never saw the CREATE or rename actions in the log. 
  I’ll send the log to Benny off-list.
