I do not see "From" anywhere.  See the screen shot in my email, it shows 
the composition window for me.  No "From" nor identity.

I do not have "From" in the list to click.  I have:
    To
    Cc
    Bcc
    Reply-To
    (separator)
    Send Later
    tags
    (separator)
    Use as Default Headers
