In any case, you can use the `MmDebugSecurity` preference to get the 
exact lines MailMate uses to decrypt/encrypt/sign. Any errors MailMate 
shows should be reproducible in the Terminal window as long as the same 
`gpg2` command is used.

(Make sure that the command uses a GUI to ask for passwords.)
