[MlMt] Exchange 2016 IMAP

Hi

I am having some issues connecting via MM/IMAP to a freshly deployed 
Exchange 2016 server (first time I am trying this).

Basically I can't seem to be able to authenticate

Am I missing something here ? My credentials are correct as they work 
with OWA.
