[MlMt] could emate read its To/CC and possible other headers from the file ?

Hi,

I was wondering if emate would be able to read to/cc/bcc headers from the
passed in body ?

i.e. I would love being able to have a file like `greetings.txt`:

```
to: mm-support at freron.com
subject: Season Greetings!
---
Hi Benny,

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year

/max
```

and then do:

`cat greetings.txt | emate -f max.andersen at gmail.com`

Is that possible ?
