I'm not sure exactly what happens here, but if you use “Help ▸ Send 
Feedback” and attach an example then maybe I can reproduce it. (Note 
that MailMate only converts HTML to Markdown if it has to. Most of the 
time it uses the plain text alternative available in the message.)
