[MlMt] BusyContacts and MailMate integration

If you read MM manual, it describes somewhere the shallowness of the 
integration with BusyContacts. Unfortunately, I forget where that is. I 
wanted to use BContacts as an external address book for MM since it does 
not have its own (using Apple Contacts as my real address book), but 
that failed. Basically, only AContacts are properly integrated.
