[MlMt] Read Messages - Rules or any log why?

Dear Mailinglist,

1) is there a way to see _ALL_ rules?
I have a certain type of messages and they are read all the time and I 
have no clue why. I can't remember to create a rule for that, but I want 
to be sure.

2) Is there any logging or trace, why a message was flagged read?
