If you mean in the message list then you might be able to get it by 
changing “System Preferences ▸ Language & Region ▸ Advanced ▸ 
Dates” (the exact location depends on the OS version I believe). I 
think you might need to relaunch MailMate whenever changing one of these 
formats.
