Try this in the next update of MailMate:

	defaults write com.freron.MailMate MmDefaultAddressBook -string 
com.busymac.busycontacts

(It's a somewhat hardcoded solution for now, but it should make MailMate 
use BusyContacts instead of Contacts for the Show/Add menu items.)
