[MlMt] Smart folders: Conditions

I need a tutorial. Latest question:

I specified “Any”. My first condition was a correspondent’s name. 
The list populated with all the emails from him. Good. But then I 
specified “Quoted Body Text as the name of a book” and many of the 
emails I just mentioned dropped from the smart folder and lots of new 
emails appeared. What’s going on? How can adding a condition with 
“ANY” cause a loss of entries?
