[MlMt] MailMate, Gmail and iOS/iPhone

For what it's worth, I have the default swipe set to delete, and then 
ignore the other direction swipe for archive. To archive a message, I 
hit the folder icon and move the message to the Archive folder under 
"All Mail". Since the majority of my email management happens via 
MailMate it's not that big of a deal. If there are a log of emails that 
I want to archive via iOS, I typically just leave them sitting there 
until I'm back at a laptop or desktop.
