[MlMt] uptodate best practices for gmail ?

Hi,

Next week I'm being moved to 100% gmail for my main mailbox (350k 
messages)
and I'm wondering if http://manual.mailmate-app.com/account_setup#gmail 
contains
the latest best practices for using gmail with mailmate ?
