[MlMt] 2.0 bug: smart folders keep collapsing

I *think* this would only happen if MailMate had crashed between these 
launches (which is kind of on purpose, but I might be changing that). 
This might also explain why you don't see it every time. But let me know 
if you have a reproducible situation.
