[MlMt] SideBar organisational tabs/menus

I figured it out.

1. Right-click on MailMate App, choose Show Package Contents.

2. Open Resources > Layouts > Mailboxes

3. Copy the plists into that folder

Now the new options appear in the View > Layout menu.
