[MlMt] Stop evaluating rules?

If it didn't fall through then they would both be in the first mailbox 
if I understand correctly?

No, not yet. A (very) crude workaround would be to tag/flag when a rule 
has matched and then check for this flag/tag in all subsequent rules.
