Further explanation: Messages in the Inbox that have rules to move it to a mailbox are staying in the Inbox, even if apply rules is invoked. Or only the most recent is moved from the inbox to its respective mailbox “Apply rules” is sometimes greyed out in the contextual menu for the Inbox. What’s up? Kearney
