[MlMt] Default email client on El Capitan

Looks like a general problem. I experience the same behaviour as you - 
deafult mail client jumps back to MailMate after a few seconds. I tried 
setting default clients in both Mail.app and MailMate, and the setting 
wouldn't stick.

The next step was to try the trusty 
[RCDefaultApp](http://www.rubicode.com/Software/RCDefaultApp/), and this 
time my choice of default client stuck.
