By "hang" I mean that when I select the message, I get the spinning beach ball and Activity Monitor shows MM as not responding. It isn't chewing up CPU time or doing network I/O; it's just sitting there hung. Any suggestions? All machines have the current non-beta version of MailMate on El Capitan. Killing/restarting MailMate doesn't help.

It only happens for some users and I have not been able to identify what triggers it. Some times the problem suddenly disappears.
