[MlMt] a message confuses MailMate on one computer

This is a known issue I'm currently investigating. Unfortunately I don't 
have a workaround for you yet. Your case is a good example why it's a 
pretty frustrating issue. It only happens for some users and I have not 
been able to identify what triggers it. Some times the problem suddenly 
disappears.

(Technical part: The problem seems to be related to the 
`canonical_to_html` script which simply hangs for certain plain text 
messages, but I cannot reproduce it myself. It only happens on El 
Capitan and it's reproducible for some users, but apparently not for all 
users.)
