[MlMt] Sync Problems with IMAP Server

Hi John,

What you are describing is the kind of thing I used to enjoy with
Mail.app (together with random, unrelated selections of ten-year old
mail suddenly showing up as 3,000-message threads).

I've never seen anything like that with MailMate, and I have a couple
of orders of magnitude more mail in about twice as many INBOXes as you
do.

If you have been using Outlook because one or more of your accounts
are hosted on Exchange, bear in mind that MailMate will be using the
(hopelessly buggy, in my experience) IMAP exchange connector, whilst
Mail.app and Outlook will likely each be using different (but
non-IMAP) protocols to talk to the server. So direct comparisons may
be less useful than you imagined.

If there's no Exchange in the picture then I have nothing to say
beyond "doesn't match my experience".
