[MlMt] Unresponsiveness with Quick Look attachments

Hi there,

If you have an attachment (pdf) opened in Quick Look and you focus on Mailmate before quitting Quick Look you get a ~1 minute of unresponsiveness (spinning wheel) before Mailmate recovers (terminating the quick look). Do more people have this? I have this since i use Mailmate. Current build #5107.
