Important system information for instance, like OS Version for example. 
Would be useful for support based signatures.  I was thinking of this 
specifically.  I've in the past also used variables like the current 
date and recipient name.

Another way to make one able to dynamically change signature content, 
especially across installations would be to link the signature content 
to a text file.
