[MlMt] Submailbox string format

You can use a regular expression in the format string like this:

	${#source.path.noinbox/Mailinglisten\///}

It says, replace `Mailinglisten/` with the empty string. It becomes a 
bit unreadably because of the escaped `"/"` character.
