[MlMt] Display Reply-To Address in the Message Viewer?

Well, low-level most things are possible, but it's not straightforward. 
If you want to play with it then you need to read [this 
page](http://manual.mailmate-app.com/customization) and then make your 
own version of the `headersFormatting.plist`. I don't expect this to 
work forever though since I would really like to refactor the headers 
view some day (not soon though).

Just to be clear, MailMate always shows the “From” header and never 
the content of the “Reply-To” header (it is used when replying of 
course).
