[MlMt] State: Waiting to retry

Hi,

When sending of a message fails you can click `Try later`. Then the `Drafts` message gets in the `State: Waiting to retry`. 

But, how do you force a send retry? If I right-click on the message and then `Send` I get the message in an editor pane. Clicking send then results in a ***new*** message in Drafts and MailMate tries to send the new message. Looks very much on 'Edit as a new message'. Is this how it is suppose to work?
