[MlMt] how to change the standard "from address"

Only a hidden preference as described 
[here](http://manual.mailmate-app.com/hidden_preferences#composing). You 
can get the appropriate possible values for that setting like this:

	grep serverURL ~/Library/Application\ Support/MailMate/Sources.plist | 
cut -d\" -f2
