[MlMt] print many emails at once to individual pdfs

Maybe I wasn't clear. The result of the changes should be that you can 
just select all of the emails and then Print (⌘P). Each email should 
start on a new page.

Oh, you want individual PDF files. That's more of a scripting task. 
There is no way to do that with MailMate, but you can probably automate 
splitting the PDF into individual pages. A quick Google search revealed 
[this](http://www.documentsnap.com/how-to-split-pdf-documents-into-single-pages-using-mac-osx/). 
I haven't tried it though.
