[MlMt] Markdown/HTML not available as alternatives for viewing?

Well, not really when it doesn't work for you :-)

This is how it should behave for messages with no HTML body part 
alternative. I also made it behave like this for users with “Prefer 
Plain Text” enabled, but that should perhaps be optional.

I'll recheck that it behaves as intended when I fix issues with this 
feature in the Composer (it broke the preview window behavior). It won't 
happen today though. In fact, I won't be able to reply to emails for the 
next 24 hours or so (a general warning :-) ).
