[MlMt] MailMate picks wrong smtp server?

Hi there,

I think I found a bug in MailMate. Because I did not completely trust 
Zoho with my e-mail I migrated my e-mail on bramheerink.nl to 
fastmail.fm.

I configured a second identity to sent mail from 
vicevoorzitter at vrijheidwerkt.nl in the fastmail account so I could sent 
from this address.

If I sent mail from my new fastmail account in MailMate from this from 
address this results in an error 'Relaying not allowed'.

I checked the activity log, but Mailmate is sending this mail via the 
old still configured smtp server in the zoho account! That's not what I 
configured. I guess this has something to do with an identical username.
